1. Overview

At BreatheBuddy™, customer satisfaction is one of our core values.
We stand behind the quality of our products and aim to ensure every customer feels confident purchasing from us.
If your order does not meet your expectations, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the terms outlined below.


2. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for products that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.

Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.


3. Process for Returns

To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team at support@breathebuddy.store with the following information:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

Once your request is reviewed, you will receive detailed instructions and the correct return address.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


4. Refund Procedure

After your returned item is received and inspected, you will receive a notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.


5. Exchanges

Defective or damaged products may be exchanged for a replacement of the same item.
If the exact product is no longer available, a refund or store credit may be issued instead.


6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or refunded, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Clearance or discounted products


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within 10 business days after approval:

  1. Check your payment account again.

  2. Contact your card issuer or payment provider, as there may be processing delays.

  3. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please reach out to us at support@breathebuddy.store.
